Child Advocates’ Healthy Choices Program focuses on four areas: nutrition, fitness, healthy relationships and stress management. Child Advocates offers workshops for CASAs throughout the year designed to assist you in supporting your youth.

As a CASA, you are in a unique position to provide guidance to your foster youth regarding healthy life style choices, healthy food choices, and enjoyable physical activities. Additionally, you can also encourage the child’s caregivers to support healthy eating habits and exercise.
